How to manage trips and set your home city
Learn how to add trips to your profile and set your home city to get personalized event updates based on your location.
Why add trips to your profile?
Adding trips to your profile allows you to:
- See events in your destination city before and during your stay, helping you plan ahead.
- View other users who will be in town during your visit.
- Avoid receiving irrelevant updates about events in cities you won’t be visiting.
Adding a trip
- Go to your profile and select the “Trips” tab.
- Tap “Add New Trip”.
- Choose your destination city, input your travel dates, and select “Add Trip”.
- For automatic trip creation while traveling, enable location services in your phone settings.
Viewing your trips
- After adding a trip, go to your profile and click on the trip to view:
- Events happening during your stay
- Other users who will be in town
- To share your trips with friends, select the “Share” button on your profile and send them the generated link.
Editing or removing a trip
- Navigate to the “Trips” tab on your profile and select the “Edit” button.
- To edit a trip, select the trip you wish to modify, update the relevant information, and select “Save Trip”.
- To delete a trip, select the “X” icon next to the trip you wish to remove. Confirm the deletion in the pop-up window.
Setting up your home city
- Go to your profile and select “Edit Profile”.
- Enter your home city in the designated field.
- Tap “Save” to start receiving local updates automatically.
Note: Keeping your home city and trips updated ensures you get the most relevant event information wherever you are!
